Practical Enterprise AI

AI that actually pays off. Not just another shiny pilot.

We help mid-size and large companies put AI where it saves real time and real money. Process first, tool second. No hype, no magic, just what works in real companies.

The problem: AI Someday Syndrome

Let us guess. Someone in a board meeting said, “We should do something with AI.”

Everyone nodded. A few people tried ChatGPT. Someone bought licenses. And six months later… nothing has really changed.

We call it AI Someday Syndrome. Everyone agrees AI matters. Nobody owns it. There’s no plan, no budget line, and no idea which problem to solve first.

Sound familiar? You’re not behind. You’re normal. Most companies are stuck right here.

Here’s the thing: AI doesn’t fix a broken process. It just breaks it faster. That’s why we start with how your work actually flows, and only then pick the tool.

Where AI pays off, department by department

You don’t need an “AI strategy” deck. You need one painful problem solved well. Here’s where we usually find it.

Analysis and reporting

Development teams

Manufacturing

Documents and knowledge

HR and people teams

Atlassian and PPM (project portfolio management)

Already running Jira? Good news: that's our home turf.

Not on Jira? No problem. Everything above works without it.

How we work

No 80-page strategy. No “transformation” that never ends. Four steps.

1

Discovery chat (free, 30 minutes).

You tell us where it hurts. We tell you honestly whether AI can help, and where we’d start. No pitch deck.

2

Process diagnosis.

We map how the work really flows and find the one or two spots where AI will pay off fastest. Process first, tool second.

3

Pilot.

With our delivery team, we build a small, focused solution on real data with real users, and we measure it. If it doesn’t pay off, you’ll know early and cheaply.

4

Rollout and training.

We scale what worked and train your people in their own setup, so they use it from day one.

Our goal isn’t to make you depend on us. We build internal AI champions on your team who understand not just how it works, but why. Then you’re self-sufficient.

Proof: real results, not promises

We’ve spent 20 years fixing how companies run their portfolios, projects and teams. We helped mid-large size companies save millions of $ by fixing their processes and tools. One client alone, Boubyan Bank, saves about $250k a year. Now we bring that same practical, process-first approach to AI, together with a delivery team that has already shipped AI projects like these.

Customer retention: 10x ROI

Problem: customers were leaving, and nobody saw it coming.

What the team built: custom ML predictive models that flag at-risk customers early.

Result: churn reduced by over 20%, and a 10x return on investment in customer retention.

Expert reports via RAG

Problem: experts spent too long drafting reports from scattered sources.

What the team built: AI agents that use secure RAG to pull the right information, with human-in-the-loop validation before anything ships.

Result: drastically reduced time-to-draft for reports.

960 hours saved every year

Problem: internal reports were built by hand, over and over.

What the team built: fully automated internal reporting.

Result: 960 hours saved annually, without increasing headcount.

Predictive operations

Problem: technical failures took too long to diagnose, and downtime was expensive.

What the team built: an AI assistant that reads technical logs in real time and identifies the root causes of failures.

Result: faster diagnosis and minimized downtime.

"The responses from our customers have been overwhelmingly positive; it's not uncommon for us to hear a resounding "WOW!" from users. This technology has been a game-changer, akin to equipping our customers with a team of a thousand analysts, liberating them from the mundane to focus on higher-level tasks."

FAQ

Yes. That’s where we start, not where we end. Together with our delivery team, we build secure, internal solutions, so your documents and data stay inside your environment and under your rules. We tell you upfront what data a solution touches and where it goes.

No. We design human-in-the-loop by default. AI drafts, flags and suggests. Your people review and decide. You choose where the line sits.

It depends on the problem, so we won’t throw a random number at you. What we will do: size the expected payoff before you commit to building anything, then start with a small pilot so you see results before you scale. If the math doesn’t work, we’ll say so.

No. Jira and Atlassian are our home turf, but our AI work doesn’t depend on them. HR, documents, reporting, development, manufacturing: none of it needs Jira.

It depends on your data, your team’s availability and how clearly the problem is defined. The discovery chat is the fastest way to find out. By the end of it, you’ll know what a sensible first step looks like for you.

Then we’ll tell you. Sometimes the fix is a better process or a simpler tool. We’d rather lose a project than sell you something that doesn’t pay off.
