Week 1: Diagnose
You: a 30-min kickoff, 3 short interviews (45 min each) with the right people, and a 30-min session with your Jira admin to set up sandbox/test access.
We: map how your portfolio runs today and pinpoint what's slowing it down.
Week 2: Build the pilot
You: one 30-min check-in to react to the pilot.

We get going on whatever we can right away, like booking interviews and reviewing the docs and reports you already have. You see progress while procurement does its thing.
Yes. We can build the pilot in a sandbox or test instance of your Jira and work read-only where we have to.
Included: a diagnosis of your setup, a pilot portfolio and resource view in your own Jira (a proof of concept on a sample of your real projects and people), an executive readout with a live demo, a written blueprint, a fixed-price rollout plan, BigPicture video course seats and a sponsor pack. Not included: the full production setup, automations, templates and migrations. Those come with the rollout.
Your Head of PMO, tool owners, Jira admin, Finance/IT/Security and your exec sponsor. The goal: they see the pilot working live and can decide on the rollout with real information, not a hunch.
No more than 5 hours in total, because we do the work. Typically that’s:
- a 30-min kickoff;
- 3 interviews (45 min each);
- a 30-min Jira admin session;
- a 30-min pilot check-in;
- a 45-min exec readout.
Totally your call. You keep the blueprint and the pilot. Our templates, automations, best practices and migration tooling stay with the rollout.

Mutual NDA (or yours) within 24h. We handle vendor onboarding as needed, with no delay. A cooperation agreement is available, but it’s usually used later, in the rollout phase.
$5,500 / €4,900 net for the Sprint. If you go ahead with the rollout within 60 days, the full fee is credited toward it. PO or card. Two Sprint slots open this month.
Fix it or refund. If what we deliver doesn’t match the agreed scope, we fix it. If we can’t, you get your money back. We deliver the agreed Sprint scope within 3 weeks of Kickoff.
